Any movie score buffs out there? I'm trying to figure out what this BGM is from.?

In one of my favorite Japanese shows, they're constantly playing all
sorts of songs from various games, movies and what-not, and there's
one BGM that's gotten played at least a few times now that I'm not
sure what it's from. It sounds almost like a BGM from an animated
film. I was wondering if anyone out there might have an idea of what
it could be.
